Prices: Based on the S1 Solar and S1 Solar+Hybrid customer price columns dated 17 October 2026, including 7% VAT. Final quotes depend on site assessment.

Battery options: The 5 and 15 values are transcribed from the supplier column labelled “Battery kW”. Usable/nominal battery capacity in kWh has not been verified and is therefore not claimed here.

Installation scope: Quoted prices refer to 1–2-storey buildings in Bangkok and surrounding provinces. Additional charges may apply for location, roof condition, structural work or special lifting equipment.

Permits: Includes coordination and online submission of documents within the specified scope. Certain fees and structural drawings are excluded.

Warranty: Subject to manufacturer/installer conditions. Mounting warranties are reduced to 5 years within 5 km of the coast. Five-year monitoring service excludes annual cleaning and preventive maintenance.

Product claims: Tier-1 status and Rapid Shutdown are not asserted pending model-specific documentation and system-design verification.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Questions We Often Hear

Do the listed solar prices include VAT and installation?
Standard package prices include 7% VAT and installation within the specified scope for one- or two-storey buildings in Bangkok and surrounding areas, including a site survey and standard installation work. Final prices are subject to site assessment. Roof reinforcement, installations outside the stated building or service-area conditions, cranes or lifting equipment, special transport and applicable fees may cost extra. Any additional scope should be quoted before agreement.
How does Solar Hybrid differ from a standard solar system?
A standard grid-connected solar system primarily uses solar power during daylight and generally shuts down when the grid fails for safety. A Solar Hybrid system adds battery storage and a hybrid inverter so stored energy can be used later or provide backup to specifically designed circuits during an outage. Backup duration depends on the equipment, usable battery capacity and actual loads; whole-home or all-night backup is not guaranteed.
Which battery and hybrid inverter options are available?
For the single-phase 3 kW package, the price list shows HIS-6L-G3 with battery figure 5. The 4–6 kW packages list HIS-6L-G3 (figures 5 or 15) and HYS-10.0LV (figure 15). Exact options and prices depend on package selection. The supplier price list labels this column “Battery kW”; usable energy capacity in kWh must be confirmed against the product datasheet before a final quotation or backup-time estimate.
What warranties apply to the solar system?
According to the supplier price-list terms for included equipment and work:
  • Solar panels: 15-year product warranty and 30-year performance warranty
  • Inverter: 12 years
  • Battery: 10 years (hybrid packages only)
  • DTU: 1 year (where supplied)
  • Mounting structure: 10 years, reduced to 5 years within 5 km of the coast
  • Installation and mounting work: 5 years, with 5 years of online system-status monitoring (excluding annual panel cleaning and preventive maintenance)
Manufacturer and supplier conditions apply. Warranty periods start on formal project handover. Unauthorized system modifications may void warranty coverage.
How long does installation take, and how should I prepare?
Installation time depends on system size, roof condition, site access, weather and any additional work. The team can confirm a schedule after a site survey. Please prepare a recent electricity bill, basic usage information, photos or details of the roof, and any access restrictions. Grid-connection approvals can take additional time beyond on-site installation.
Can solar panels generate electricity on cloudy or rainy days?
Yes, whenever sufficient light reaches the panels, but output generally drops in low light or heavy cloud. While the grid is operating normally, a grid-connected system can draw electricity when solar production is insufficient. During a grid outage, a standard on-grid system generally shuts down. A properly configured hybrid system may supply its designated backup circuits, depending on available battery energy.
Is electricity-authority permit support included?
Under the stated price-list scope, the supplier gathers documents and coordinates online permit submissions to relevant authorities. Approval timing and any official fees depend on the authority. Building-permit fees and the preparation or certification of structural building plans are excluded where stated in the supplier terms.

Note: This FAQ is based on the S1 Solar price list dated 17 October 2026, with a stated 30-day price-validity period. Confirm current prices, work scope and applicable terms before ordering. Actual solar generation and savings depend on site conditions and electricity usage.
